Yes — 30 days from delivery, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached. Send us your order number through the contact page and we'll send the return instructions.

Both — you choose when you start the return. Store credit is the full price you paid plus 10% and never expires; refunds go to your original payment method. Any return cost is confirmed in the instructions we send.

Issued within 3 business days of your parcel arriving and being checked. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Write to us before you send anything back. We'll tell you whether your size is still in stock and hold it while your return travels.

Send your order number and clear photographs of the piece and the packaging through the contact page. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are resolved at our cost.
